Delete your Little Guardian account
This page explains how to delete your account and everything stored with it. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
If you still have the app
- Open Little Guardian and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. You will be signed out, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email info@invelopsoftware.com from the address your account uses, asking for your account to be deleted. Sending it from that address is what lets us confirm the request is yours; we will not delete an account on a request from another address. The request is actioned within 30 days.
What is deleted

| Every child profile: name, surname, date of birth, clothing description | Entered by you, about your family. |
| Every photograph, including face, full-length and identifying marks | Removed from the database and from file storage, not just unlinked. |
| Your emergency contacts | Their names, phone numbers and email addresses go with the profile. |
| Your safe zones and your location history | Including the background location record kept for the leave-home reminder. |
| Your incident history and its alerts | It only has meaning attached to the family it belongs to. |
| Your notification tokens and saved sign-ins | So a deleted account stops receiving alerts and cannot be signed back into. |
One case we cannot delete automatically
If a child on your account is also managed by another guardian, deleting your account would remove their access to a record that is theirs as well. In that situation the app will refuse and ask you to contact us, so the child's record can be transferred first. This does not affect accounts where you are the only guardian, which is currently every account.
